Under the updated Privacy Act 2020, we take reasonable steps to ensure individuals are aware of the collection, its purpose, and their rights to access/correct that information. Where we do not have direct contact details, we may rely on you to notify them.

If you provide information through informal channels (Facebook Messenger, SMS), we will transfer it to secure systems as soon as practicable and limit its retention in those channels. We encourage communication through secure platforms such as email or Trail.
